Used mostly for 5 gal to 55 gal drums of solvents and chemicals, the 55000ESH is identical to the 55000ESS filler except that it is constructed of epoxy coated mild steel and is explosion proof.

The Type X Purge maintains positive air pressure in the electronic control panel to purge it of explosive fumes.

The 55400ESH has the same features as the 55000ESH except that the lance can be moved horizontally to fill several containers - 5 gal to 55 gal drums on a pallet and IBC Totes.
This system has full height position memory. It will automatically adjust its vapor hood height and lance height for all size containers. Even when filling multiple layers, the vapor hood knows when to raise or lower, and to what position, automatically. The Type X Purge maintains positive air pressure in the electronic control panel to purge it of explosive fumes.

The 55400ESSH-XY has the same features as the 55400ESSH except that the lance can be moved horizontally to any position in a 48" x 48" pattern eliminating the need for any drum spins or manual position adjustment. The X, Y, and Z fill lance movment axis are drivin by operator controlled air motors. Five 5 gallon pails to 55 gallon drums, and 300 gallon IBC totes can be filled with this machine. This system uses a Type X purging system for the PLC and operator control panel.
