55400ES/IBC Electronic Filler for Palletized Containers

The 55400ES/IBC has the same features as the 55400ESH except that it can fill larger containers. Container sizes can range from 5 gallon pails, 55 gal drums up to 300 gallon IBC's - on a single pallet. Often the application requires continuoUs filling, in these applications two floor scales are used allowing the operator to fill containers on one of the scales while the other scale is unloaded, then reloaded with new empty containers.

This system has full height position memory. It will automatically adjust its vapor hood height and lance height for all size containers. Even when filling multiple container  layers for example: filling 3 layers of 5 gallon pails. The vapor hood knows when to raise or lower, and to what position automatically. Optional conveyors are available for automated loading and unloading of containers. The 55400ESH is suitable for intrinsically safe requirements and provides Type X rapid exchange purging systems. The 55400ES-XY is capable of reaching any container opening on a 48" x 48" plane eliminating manual container position adjustments. Air motor drives may also be added to the X and Y linear adjustments to provide autonomous alignment of the fill lance to the container opening.
