Our Semi Automatic Pail machine can fill 5 gal containers at up to 300 per hour. Adaptable  fill containers as small as 1 qt. (at 600 per hour) and up to 7 gal. The automated 5000AS-II system pictured above can accommodate up to 1000 containers per hour.

Easily adapted to a fully automated line, or wheel aside as a stand alone unit. Where a remote positive displacement pump is used, an automatic output cycles the pump to assure uniform pressure throughout delivery. A single moving wetted part makes cleaning and product changing a cinch.
